We are a small home bakery, fully licensed in the state of Ohio under the cottage law requirements. We specialize in Austrian desserts and some other European pastries, along with bread!
Individual size items can be found at the Keller Market House every week.

Austria’s “fruit cake” with a buttery sponge cake that is topped with a seasonal fruit or two.
This is not like the American version of a “fruit cake” which sounds much more like a Stollen bread.
A classic Austrian pastry made of a sponge cake filled with apricot, cocoa, and rum, then covered with a pink icing glaze.

This order requires 24 hours notice, it needs to set overnight.
